The booking fee for reserving a slot is ₹59.

By completing the payment, you confirm that you are requesting to reserve a consultation slot with The Transformation Lab.

2. Refund Policy

The ₹59 booking fee is non-refundable once the slot has been confirmed, except where the booking cannot be provided due to an issue from our side.

If The Transformation Lab is unable to provide the booked session, you may be offered:

A rescheduled slot, or
A refund of the ₹59 booking fee, as applicable.

3. Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided on our website.

Rescheduling may be offered depending on slot availability.

4. Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the ₹59 booking fee may be treated as non-refundable.

A new booking may require a new slot booking fee.

If your payment was deducted but your booking was not confirmed, please contact us with your payment details or transaction/reference information.

We will verify the payment status and assist you accordingly.
